First Tracks Niseko 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are an excellent choice for those who want immediate ski access, being one of the few boutique apartments in central Hirafu Village which are truly ski in / ski out.

The apartments feature bright and modern interiors, high quality furnishings and open-plan living and dining areas great for socializing. All apartments fully-equipped kitchens include full-size ovens, dishwashers and microwaves. The lounge and dining areas have amazing views of the Family Run, both during the day and in the early evening when the run is lit up. Each First Tracks apartment has access to laundry facilities and ski storage.

The fantastic Upper Hirafu Village location also means easy access to many of Niseko’s restaurants for evenings out.

First Tracks Location

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.

Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.

As the name suggests, First Tracks apartments have immediate access to the lifts of Niseko’s Grand Hirafu resort, located just opposite the Ace Family chairlift as a true ski in / ski out property. The Ace Family Run is one of the gentlest in Niseko, perfect for beginners and small children, while also being a stepping-stone lift for advanced skiers and boarders to access lifts further up the mountain. Ski rental and ski schools are also nearby, making them the perfect choice for families with small children.

With a central Upper Hirafu Village location, First Tracks guests can also enjoy easy access to a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes and onsens. The location is among the very best in Niseko.
