3 BEDROOM HOUSE - NISEKO HIRAFU MIDDLE VILLAGE
Ginsetsu Niseko manages to flawlessly merge modern and superior Japanese design, making it a great choice for those who want a bit of a Japanese experience while maintaining western comforts. Set in Middle Hirafu Village just minutes to the lifts and with a plethora of area restaurants at your doorstep, the 3 bedroom Niseko house is perfect for those with young kids or who don't want to have to rely on the Niseko United Shuttle bus.
Ginsetsu Niseko is one of those unique chalets which offers guests something a little bit different to a regular western-style Hirafu chalet, of which there are plenty. With warm wooden finishes and comfy soft furnishings, you will look forward to finishing up your day on the slopes to come home and relax.
On the main floor you will find all three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a western-style king bed with ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are traditional tatami style, where guests sleep on luxuriously comfortable Japanese futons on tatami floor. If you have never experienced sleeping Japanese style then here is your opportunity! There is also one additional 2-piece bathroom located on this floor. Ginsetsu can accommodate up to 6 guests at the standard rate and one additional guests for an extra fee.
Follow the stairs up and you will come to a lovely open-plan living-dining area with vaulted wooden beams and expansive windows. There is a cozy lounge area in the corner centered around a large screen TV and comfortable sofas. Opposite that is a traditional style Japanese tatami tea room where guests can enjoy meals and drinks or play a game of cards. On the other side of the large room is a sizeable dining room table which faces the kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and modern appliances including oven and microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop. The second floor also has another bathroom as well as laundry facilities.

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.
Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.
Ginsetsu is conveniently located in a prime Hirafu Middle Village location just 3 minutes walk to the Ace Family Chair lift. The Middle Village area is also known for the many restaurants and bars, all within an easy 2 minute walk. You will find some amazing Japanese cuisine options at your doorstep. Guests don't have to worry about noise however, since the house is tucked away from the main road so a restful nights sleep is achievable.
