Kazahana Niseko is a magnificent, 6-bedroom 5-bathroom contemporary luxury chalet located on Middle Hirafu Village’s exclusive bluff, boasting unobstructed views of the valley beyond. Featuring crisp lines of timber and combining the best of Japanese workmanship and materials, the chalet embodies luxury Niseko living and architectural design.

The top floor is devoted to the expansive living and dining area featuring floor to ceiling windows with unsurpassed sweeping views of Niseko’s Mt. Yotei. A main feature of the incredible open-plan living-dining and luxury kitchen area is a fireplace made from Kurokawa steel.

On the top floor deck you will find a large Jacuzzi - perfect for taking in the incredible views. Niseko Kazahana also features a washitsu (tatami room) which comfortably sleeps additional guests on futons.

Kazahana Location

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.

Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.

Kazahana is located in centrally in Niseko's Hirafu Village just 2 minutes’ walk to the Niseko United shuttle stop and 7 minutes’ walk up the the Ace Family Chairlift.

When venturing out in the evening, Kazahana is just a few minutes’ walk to a very nice selection of Niseko restaurants, both western and Japanese style. And for your ultimate convenience,
