Owl House takes inspiration from one of the rarest birds in the world, the Hokkaido Owl. To the indigenous Ainu people of Hokkaido, the owl is the spiritual protector of the area. Owl House consists of 2 western style bedrooms and 1 Japanese Tatami room with two bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests comfortably.

The best kept secret of Owl House is its Japanese wood panelled deep soaking bathtub to ease your muscles after a day of exploring the Niseko ski area. Owl House also features and all of your modern amenities and comforts including Energy efficient heating system, floor heating, WiFi throughout and an entertainment system ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable stay in Niseko.

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.

Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.

The Owl House sits in the Niseko Lower Hirafu Village, surrounded by beautiful forest. The location gives one of the most impressive views of Niseko’s Mt. Yotei. Despite the tranquil setting, Owl House is still only 150m from some of Niseko Hirafu’s most iconic bars and restaurants, and just 3 minutes to the Niseko United Shuttle stop, giving guests staying at Owl House the best of both worlds.
