Shin Shin Niseko is a 5 bedroom luxury ski lodge located in lower Hirafu village, close to the best of Niseko's restaurants, bars and hot-springs. Set over 3 floors, Shin Shin lodge is specifically designed with families in mind, allowing for quiet relaxation in the upper lounge, while the kids have fun in the lower lounge.

Shin Shin is a beautiful Japanese post and beam 5 bedroom house set over 3 floors allowing for larger groups to spread out.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the upper lounge while the kids can have fun in the lower level media room / play room with large flat screen TV. The lower level also features 2 bedrooms with bunks, perfect for families with children or for large groups of singles.

A special treat is the large Japanese style stone bath with double shower, perfect after a day on the slopes. On the luxurious Niseko chalet's second level features two master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, plus a third bedroom, toilet and drying room. Finally, heading up to the third level, there is an oversized living room with traditional log fireplace, large kitchen with dining for 14 guests, additional toilet and second ski drying room.

As Shin Shin is built over the escarpment with the lower levels looking out onto the beautiful forested area, the third level of the property leads out to a walkway over the escarpment offering almost direct access to the Niseko United Shuttle bus stop to get you up the road to the Hirafu lifts and other Niseko resorts.

Shin Shin Location

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.

Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.

Shin Shin is located just above the escarpment in Niseko’s Lower Hirafu Village, nestled in a private cul-de-sac offering incredible views of the forested area below. Shin Shin is adjacent to some of Niseko Hirafu’s best restaurants and bars, while still affording privacy, quiet and space to spread out.

Just 20 metres from the Niseko United Shuttle bus stop, you can easily get up the hill to the Hirafu slopes or to other Niseko area resorts. Also just a short walk away is the famous Yukoro onsen, perfect for a bathe at the end of the day.
