Tsubaki Niseko is a stunning luxury style 4-bedroom chalet located in Lower Hirafu Village just 1 minute walk to the Niseko United shuttle stop.

Tsubaki does an impeccable job of blending western comforts with beautiful Japanese traditional design and craftsmanship, with paper shoji screens, Japanese garden entry as well as western-style open plan living-dining area featuring a large stone fireplace and lounge area.

Tsubaki's kitchen features top European appliances and the chalet has large, spacious bedrooms. Tsubaki chalet has everything on your wish list - space for entertaining, a traditional Japanese hinoki bath, fully-equipped laundry area, and lovely views of Niseko’s Mount Yotei and Hirafu ski area. 

This property comes with a FREE 8 seater Hiace 4WD van for drivers with both a valid international driving license issued by a signatory to the 1949 Geneva Convention, and a valid driving license from your home country. For booking dates between 15th December – 17th March only.

Tsubaki Location

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.

Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.

Tsubaki is located in Niseko's Lower Hirafu Village, with almost immediate access to the Niseko United Shuttle bus stop to easily get guests up to the Hirafu area lifts and other resorts. Tsubaki is located within easy walking distance to many of Niseko Hirafu’s best restaurants for evenings out in the evening.

And with complimentary use of a 4WD van exclusive for guest use, Tsubaki guests can get out an easily explore Niseko and the surrounding area.
