Yotei Cottage Niseko is a charming one bedroom + loft cottage located in Lower Niseko Hirafu Village, seconds from the popular Yukoro Onsen with outdoor hot-spring, and moments from many of Niseko's best restaurants and bars.

Yotei Cottage, having been recently refurbished, offers all the conveniences with warm, comfortable furnishings, western bedding for 4-5 guests, kitchen and laundry facilities. There is also ski/boot storage and drying area at the entry. Yotei Cottage's full size windows over 2.5 levels let in the light and beauty of Lower Niseko Hirafu's powder snow haven.

Yotei Cottage Location

Hirafu Village is Niseko's main hub. Here you will find most of Niseko's restaurants, shops, bars and other amenities, including the Japan Ski Experience Niseko office where our ground service team is based.

Hirafu Village sits at the foot of Grand Hirafu, the largest of Niseko's 4 interconnected ski areas, which offers sensational on and off-piste powder skiing and spectacular flood-lit ski runs at night.

Located right on a shuttle bus stop in the middle of Lower Hirafu Village for quick and easy access to the slopes, and seconds from Yukoro onsens, Niseko Yotei Cottage boasts a prime Hirafu Village location. Just moments from some of Niseko's best restaurants and bars, you cannot beat the convenience and tranqulity of Hirafu's Lower Village where Yotei Cottage is based.
