Niseko Hirafu Snow Report 11th January 2021
14cm of fresh, new snowfall has been recorded in 24 hours and the temperature at 8am this morning was -8ºc. Another chilly morning and a lot more snow to play with so don't hesitate to get out there and enjoy it! Today is Coming of Age Day, a Japanese national holiday to congratulate those who have turned 20 (the age of maturity in Japan) within the last year. As such the Niseko ski resort areas may be a little busier than on an average Monday although large crowds are not expected.
Coming of Age Day in Japan celebrated with yet another big snowfall.
The Japan Ski Experience snow station is located in Niseko Hirafu at an elevation of 210m above sea level.
