Niseko Hirafu Snow Report 14th January 2021
13cm of new snowfall has been recorded in 24 hours and the temperature at 7:30am was -1ºc. Warm, windy conditions continue and the lifts at the top of the Niseko resort areas are not expected to operate this morning, especially over at Niseko Village and Annupuri. The stronger winds should die down a little overnight tonight and skiing and snowboarding will probably be better tomorrow.
The fresh overnight snowfall is surprisingly light but be aware there is a heavier layer underneath.
The Japan Ski Experience snow station is located in Niseko Hirafu at an elevation of 210m above sea level.
