JSE Niseko Snow Report 3rd February 2021
17cm of new snowfall has been recorded and the temperature at 8am was a very chilly -12ºc. At the risk of repeating ourselves it is yet another cold and windy day in Niseko but the snow keeps on falling so there are plenty of frozen smiles in the local ski resorts! The quality of snow is good but the current weather conditions mean higher risks if you venture away from the pistes and ungroomed areas.
Temperatures could drop as low as -20ºc up high today so dress warm and take lots of hot drink breaks!
The Japan Ski Experience snow station is located in Niseko Hirafu at an elevation of 210m above sea level.
