JSE Niseko Snow Report 8th February 2021
A whopping 21cm of snow has fallen in Niseko Hirafu within 24 hours and the temperature at 8am this morning was -9ºc. It started snowing heavily under the cover of darkness and doesn't seem to have stopped. The snow is continuing to come down so today could be one of those mornings where the mountain resets every run. The wind is not currently too strong so skiing & snowboarding in Niseko Hanazono, Grand Hirafu, Niseko Village, Annupuri and Niseko Moiwa should be all time today. Get out there while you can!
The rush to get up the mountain this morning will be hampered by the amount of snow clearing required to dig your car out!
The Japan Ski Experience snow station is located in Niseko Hirafu at an elevation of 210m above sea level.
